- Answer Yes. It vibrates when you get a phone call. But not for text messages. However, you will hear a beep in your headset when a message comes in.

QuestionI have a set of the LG Platinum but now it sound when talking on phone goes in and out reconecting . So Which pair or model is the better ones to buy. LG TONE Plantium or the most espenive ones. I see there are several models of these type.

- Answer Honestly, the hbs-1125 is my all-time favorite model of LG headphones. Unfortunately, it's discontinued. The newer LG headphones are no where NEAR as good as the 1125.

- Answer You may be able to purchase an extended warranty or protection plan from Best Buy. Please ask them directly. LG Manufacturer's Warranty does not cover damage or missing items to any display, open box, discounted or refurbished product. ^Daphane

QuestionDo these have a mute button while on calls?

- Answer During a call to enable/disable mute, slide and hold the Volume jog switch to the volume up direction, and slide and hold the previous/Next jog switch to the previous position for one second. ^Daphane

QuestionWhere's the pause button? where is the on/off switch?

- Answer If you have the HBS-1125 LG model, I can answer that. If you are wearing the headset around your neck, (it's shaped like a horseshoe)the Off/On switch is on your right. . It's a toggle on/off toggle switch and is on the inside of the "horseshoe". . The pause is a push button on your left. and it is on the outside of the "horseshoe" Both are clearly marked. The Off/On Says Off/On. The Pause button has a Play and Pause symbol on it.

QuestionCan you pair and keep 2 phones connected at the same time?

- Answer Yes. Lets say you have it connected to your tablet and your phone. Both will show they are connected to your headset. But priority goes to the newest ping. So if you are watching a movie on your tablet and your phone alerts (a text message for instance), your phone takes over. Every notification knocks the other unit off. So, it's pretty annoying unless you just have it connected in case you get a call on either. In which case, it works great as long as you don't get a call on 1 phone while using the second. If that makes sense. I haven't tried it with two phones, but my tablet says connected for calls and audio just like a phone would.

QuestionI have had several LG Tones but they never last more than 2 years. I just can't justify continuing to pay nearly $200 every couple of years. Only wish they lasted longer. (Is there a way to request repair if you don't have Twitter or Facebook?)

Questioni received the headset as a gift two years ago and the volume on the right side has declined to a point that i can barely hear it any more. is this something that can be fixed? if so is there a charge and if it cant be fixed do you replace with new one?
