Yes. Lets say you have it connected to your tablet and your phone. Both will show they are connected to your headset. But priority goes to the newest ping. So if you are watching a movie on your tablet and your phone alerts (a text message for instance), your phone takes over. Every notification knocks the other unit off. So, it's pretty annoying unless you just have it connected in case you get a call on either. In which case, it works great as long as you don't get a call on 1 phone while using the second. If that makes sense. I haven't tried it with two phones, but my tablet says connected for calls and audio just like a phone would.
