Please try again later.Honestly, I don't know but, if you have your receipt and the purchase is within the return timeframe, then I am quite sure Best Buy will accept it back. Even on refurbished items, you have the option to buy an extended warranty. I have learned my lesson! I will but another expensive electronic device again without one. Although this is not expensive.
