“I want to be able to upgrade the ram - however, I heard today that if I do customize the Lap Top after I buy it, LG will not honor the warranty - even if I buy official parts which were recommended by LG from the authorized parts supplier. True?”

• The upgrading does not void warranty, however if there is damage caused by upgrade it will not be covered by warranty. ^Daphane
