• My research online is suggesting this is not true and LG by law cannot void your warranty for opening up the casing. However, it is being suggested that one should put the original hardware back in before sending it in for repairs. I would suggest you do your own research to confirm this however. I'm just speaking up hear so the manufacture is not the only voice in the discussion.
