QuestionIt comes with one PCIe Gen 4 SSD installed. Is there an additional empty PCIe Gen4 slot to support adding a 2nd SSD?

- Answer I can't be 100% sure but I think it has 2 SSD slots. One of them is in use and one is "open" to be used for a 2nd SSD. I have to laugh at LG's CLUELESS response...they seem to be hiring people that have no nothing about computers. SMH!

Yes, the LG 17Z90R-K.AAB8U1 laptop has a built-in mic and a headphone/microphone combo socket. You can connect headsets with TRRS (4-pole) plug to use both headphones and mic. Look for a socket with headphone and microphone symbols that is similar to your Acer Aspire 5. QuestionDoes this laptop support "Windows Hello"? Can you log in with FaceID and second does it have any finger print scanner to login into Windows? They both are pretty handy features for me.

- Answer There are 2 usb c ports that can be used for charging the battery. The power source provided has a usb cable to usb c cable which is detachable which is a good thing because it is too short for plugging in anywhere but fairly close or next to the laptop. I bought a much longer usb c to usb c replacement cable which works fine.
