No, you have to buy the specific laptop with the Nvidia graphics if you want it, there is no upgradable GPU. Although, in a few years when parts start showing up on ebay, it might have the same size and layout of system board, meaning it might be able to take a higher model's motherboard. My old Dell is like that, base systems came with only Intel built in graphics, other came with a discrete Nvidia graphics GPU built onto the same motherboard. Both fit the same case.
