Gram 14T90P-K.AAG9U1 has a 16GB DDR4 3200MHz -On Board. The RAM is not upgradeable because memory is soldered into the motherboard. There are equipped with 2 SSD M.2 slots. So either you can upgrade existing or add additional SSD storage, 1TB each. ^Daphane
