• A:Answer Yes. it has built in mic. It is even Alexa enabled so the mic has to be there. For video conferencing, it is best to use mic with usb port or bluetooth earphone

• A:Answer Gram 14T90P-K.AAG9U1 has a 16GB DDR4 3200MHz -On Board. The RAM is not upgradeable because memory is soldered into the motherboard. There are equipped with 2 SSD M.2 slots. So either you can upgrade existing or add additional SSD storage, 1TB each. ^Daphane
