    • Answer Best Buy downloads their specifications for the LG gram Pro 17 Inch, Thin and Lightweight Laptop, Windows 11 Home, Intel® Evo™ Edition - Intel® Core™ Ultra 7, 32GB RAM, 2TB (2x1TB) SSD, Black, Model # 17Z90TP-G.ADB7U1, from LG's specification sheet, which does not list the laptop as having a touchscreen, so that entry of a touchscreen in Best Buy's specifications appears to be an entry error. The laptop in the link that you have provided is not the same model. The model number for the laptop you have provided a link to is Model # 17Z90SP-G.ADP9U1, not Model # 17Z90TP-G.ADB7U1, but even with that said, LG currently does not have an LG gram Pro 17 Inch touchscreen models...^Ivan.

    • Answer Hello there! We understand your inquiry about adding a second SSD to your LG gram Pro 17 (Model 17Z90TP-G.ADB7U1) without voiding your warranty. Your laptop does include an empty M.2 NVMe slot for a secondary drive. To maintain full warranty coverage, we recommend having the upgrade performed by an LG-authorized service center or using an LG-approved SSD upgrade kit. If you prefer to install it yourself, here’s a basic overview: Power down & unplug your laptop. Remove the bottom cover by unscrewing all visible screws. Locate the empty M.2 2280 slot next to your existing SSD. Insert a compatible M.2 NVMe SSD at a slight angle (about 30°), then press it down gently and secure it with the mounting screw. The laptop features M.2 Dual SSD slots, Gen4 NVMe, so the SSD slots can be upgraded. The laptop does not have a media reader slot, and the 90Wh high-capacity battery is replaceable but you would have to remove the back to replace it...^Ivan.
