A ticket was submitted to Best Buy to have touchscreen for the LG gram Pro 17” Laptop - Intel Core Ultra7 255H with 32GB RAM - 2TB SSD - Obsidian Black, Model # 17Z90TP-G.ADB7U1 removed. Regrettably, due to the Labor Day weekend, the error was corrected on Tuesday, 02, 2025, and the specifications now reflect that is does not have a touchscreen...^Ivan.

I have just received this laptop and got it all set up. I am more than disappointed to learn that it does not have a touch screen. I think shopping at Best buy is a huge mistake, as they do not accurately list their product specifications and now I have to decide to return this product.
