- Answer Not sure... most likely not. ONLY PHONES WITH TRACFONE BRANDING ON THE CASE CAN BE CHANGED FROM STRAIGHT TALK TO TRACFONE OR VISA VERSA. I DID THAT ONCE I REALIZED TRACFONE SERVICE WOULD BE BETTER FOR MY NEEDS.

- Answer This phone is a smart phone device, so you can talk, text and get online (the data allowed per month will be based on the service plan you choose). As for the average cost of a monthly plan, you will most likely have better luck going to Simple Mobile website and looking at the plans they have available, that or give them a call.

- Answer Just about any and all smart phone devices can be used as Wi-fi only. As long as the phone can connect to wi-fi, then you should be able to use it as a Wi-Fi only phone.
