“I have the soundbar connected to my LG TV via optical cable. Every time I turn on the TV/Soundbar, the Soundbar volume is at zero. Is there a way to have the startup volume at a normal listening level?”

• There might be a setting on your tv causing it to do that. Mine is connected to a ViZio via optical cable and starts off where it left off.
