“I have a Samsung Q7 tv and on most channels the sound from the soundbar is not in sync with the TV picture. When I listen to the sound from the tv and not from the soundbar the picture is in sync. The tv adjustment for this does not help.”

• Best Buy told me the optical cord that came with the sound bar is no good and I should buy a more expensive one. Before I did that I hooked it up using the hdmi arc connection on the tv and sound bar and that fixed the problem. I stil need to contact lg support for some of the other settings.
