“I have a Samsung Q7 tv and on most channels the sound from the soundbar is not in sync with the TV picture. When I listen to the sound from the tv and not from the soundbar the picture is in sync. The tv adjustment for this does not help.”

Best Buy told me the optical cord that came with the sound bar is no good and I should buy a more expensive one. Before I did that I hooked it up using the hdmi arc connection on the tv and sound bar and that fixed the problem. I stil need to contact lg support for some of the other settings.
