“Am I just being dumb? We mounted our 60" LG TV on a universal mounting bracket. We want to mount this LG soundbar underneath but it looks like the screw holes are on the bottom of the soundbar which makes the universal soundbar mounting brackets not work.”

This soundbar is wallmount only. Mounting on the wall below the tv. The brackets that came with your soundbar are correct. Also there should have been a TEMPLATE for mounting the brackets to the wall in your packet of instructions.

The controls for the LG 360W 4.1ch Music Flow Wi-Fi Streaming Sound Bar with Wireless Subwoofer, Model # SH7B are on the top of the Soundbar and the instructions in the owner's manual have a note that recommends putting some space between the bottom of your TV and the Soundbar for the convenience of using the buttons. The supplied wall brackets are not universal in that they can be used with any wall mount. The wall brackets have extensions that extend out from the wall when installed and those slide into the slots on the bottom of the Soundbar. They aren't any screw holes on the bottom of the Soundbar. The screw holes on the wall bracket are what you screw into the wall using the wall bracket install guide...^IFV
