Depends on the graphics card and photo resolution (higher rate GPUs like a 3080ti or high res photos will be noticeable on 4k vs 1080) Low res photos or a 20series GPU not noticable

Yes, a photo with a resolution of 3840 x 2160 (4K) will generally look better on your LG 27SR73U-W Smart Monitor, compared to the same photo displayed at 1920 x 1080 (Full HD)—even when using the same graphics card. Here’s why: Your monitor's native resolution is 3840 x 2160, so photos and content at that resolution will appear sharper, crisper, and more detailed. A 1920 x 1080 image will be upscaled to fit the 4K screen, which can result in a slight loss of clarity or visible pixelation. As long as your graphics card supports 4K output and your connection (such as HDMI 2.0 or USB-C) allows it, you’ll get the best image quality by using 3840 x 2160 content. As a tip, make sure your display settings are set to 3840 x 2160 in your graphics control panel for optimal performance. https://www.lg.com/us/monitors/lg-27sr73u-w-smart-monitor#pdp_specs If you’d like us to walk you through setup or troubleshooting steps, feel free to send us a private message on social media @LGUSSupport.
