Does this have picture by picture? null

yes go to the lg website and search for the on screen control software they have there, to split screen or PIP

yes there's a downloadable program on the LG support website that you run on your PC that supports all sorts of split/multiple screens and PIP in any corner. Go to LG website to the Home/Support/Register a Product/Help Library and search for How to Use On Screen Control in their FAQ
