My problem is the other direction. I need 25 seconds to softly melt some store bought cookies. 30 seconds is too long. 20 seconds it too short. I can set a Popcorn program but I can set it for a basic 5 second increment?

NeoChef™ Countertop Microwave with Smart Inverter and EasyClean®, Model # LMC1575BD, you would need to oven the oven door, press CLEAR, then TIMER once. 10 will appear in the display. You can then set the desired time by pressing + or - until the desired time appears in the display. You will, not need to press 30 times for 5 minutes. The unit has a Slide Touch Key that can be used to adjust numeric settings easily. Pressing and holding + or shutting the oven door and using the Slide Touch Key rapidly increases the time. From 0~3 minutes, the time increases or decreases in 10-second increments/decrements. From 3~20 minutes, the time increases or decreases in 30-second increments/decrements. From 20~90 minutes, the time increases or decreases in 1-minute increments/decrements. Keys on either side of the Slide Touch key operate exactly the same as the + and - keys on the inner control panel and can also be used to quickly adjust settings...^IFV
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.at first it does go in 10 sec intervals, but if you hold your finger on the button it quickly scrolls thru the minutes. It only takes a couple of seconds to get to 5 min. - easy to do.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just hold down the 30 sec button on front, it jumps up quickly. Easy to add time, only takes seconds. So don't have to tap the button many times. Or use the moisture sensor button, gets bacon and other items close, then you can inspect and add time as needed and avoid overcooking.
