A:Answer Thanks, Jai, but neither or those are the issue. It's brand new and has no dirt in it. I put in the smaller spinner from our old microwave (1.1 cf versus 1.5 cf) and no noises. But, it has 4 wheels instead of three and nubs. But, the smaller spinner won't hold the bigger tray steady. I need a larger spinner with all wheels unless someone knows of some magic "lubricant" to use. Or, if they will wear down a bit?
