- Answer This is just for the phone. You still have to pay a monthly carrier service fee. But the phone is well worth the price, even if it's just used over Wi-Fi.

- Answer As far as I know. No. Even though there are a bunch of these pre paid. All owned by trac phone. Cards are not interchangeable.

- Answer Nope! Just bought it and started using it a wk ago... So Volume, and Camera, are pretty basic to say the least. Volume is ridiculously soft. Even with earphones, one might think there's no one on the other end. Watching youtube vids only when you go to sleep, turn off the lights and shut the windows down. Shame on LG for such lousy device. Sorry...

- Answer The ability to hear something comfortably may be different depending on the individual. We would recommend checking the Rebel 4 out in person to ensure it will meet your needs. ^CP

- Answer Yes. That is exactly what I bought it for my son for. Although it has issues logging on (don't know if that's a phone issue or not). At first he was able to log on and play without any issues. After a week he started getting authentication error messages.
