• As far as I know. No. Even though there are a bunch of these pre paid. All owned by trac phone. Cards are not interchangeable.

• Yes. This simple mobole phone can be set up qith tracfone, as tracfone is americas largest wireless company as that is the manufacturer of most cheap cell phones in the U. S.
