Refurbished electronic products are products that have been previously returned to a manufacturer or vendor for various reasons. They may be unused customer returns that are essentially "new" items, or they may be defective products that were returned under warranty, and resold by the manufacturer after repairing the defects and ensuring proper function, or items used in field tests, sales displays or demonstrations. They may also be items that were returned to the manufacturer because the box or the item was damaged in shipping or was missing some accessories. The warranty for the LG - Refurbished TONE Active Wireless In-Ear Behind-the-Neck Headphones - Gray/Blue, Model # HBS-850 may vary depending on where the refurbishment was done and Best Buy's Customer Service will be able to tell you waht the warranty is on them...^IFV

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.WHAT DOES REFURBISHED MEAN? Refurbished can be a used product or a unused but opened product that a customer had previously bought. DOES IT MEAN IT WAS RETURNED? Yes, it means the prior customer who had bought the product might have been dissatisfied with it for any number of reasons, hence returned it to Bestbuy within the return time period to get a refund. AND WHAT WARRANTY SO IT CARRY SINCE IS ON SALE AND REFURBISHED ? Usually, Bestbuy sells returned products 'as is', which means without warranty. Hope, I have answered your questions... thanks.
