I chatted with someone at All Brands Appliance Parts, 877-836-1981 http://www.allbrandonline.com, and she couldn’t find a part “rear filler kit”. She searched for and found a part that wasn’t a “rear filler kit”. The best way to get the rear filler kit is to call the LG Customer Information Center at 1-800-984-6306. I talked to Alexandra and she said it will be expedited and sent to me by next week free of charge. Don’t chat with an LG rep because they said to send an email, but Alexandra said their email service is down so you won’t get an answer.
