“Subwoofer sound is out?! Help! Hello, I recently purchased this soundbar & I really hope it is just a user error! But My subwoofer sound recently went out & appears to be really low. I am unable to raise the sound at all. My subwoofer is at "5" via the remote it came with, it is paired to the soundbar and properly connected to my LG TV. I hear the sound from the soundbar but I can barely hear anything out of the subwoofer like I used to before. I noticed the dramatic change in sound and I hope this is simply a user error on my end. I have disconnected the subwoofer & also re-paired it to the soundbar to see if anything would change. Is there anyone who can help suggest or assist before having to struggle to return it to Best Buy? Thanks in advance D”

I noticed some materials in between the soundbar and subwoofer or placement of the subwoofer and proximity can affect the volume of it greatly. I had same issue, placed it somewhere else and works fine now.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Adjust the subwoofer with the remote. But, at low volumes, you're not going to get much of a bass effect from the subwoofer. I get good bass at 10-15. Plus, where you position the subwoofer is key. Corners are perfect, don't put it out in the open, as you won't get much bass effect.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I found that if you have night mode turned on, the subwoofer won't produce sound. To turn off night mode, hit the moon and star button on the remote (just above the play/stop/pause controls) and then hit it again. It should cycle between off and on and you should hear deeper tones almost immediately.
