Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.37°F (3°C) and 0°F (-18°C) are the default temperatures for the refrigerator and freezer compartments in the ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG Standard Depth 28.6 cu. Ft. 4-Door French Door Refrigerator, Model # LF29H8330D, and in all LG refrigerators. The correct temperature will depend on how much food is stored in either compartment and on what your ambient temperature is. If you do not have that much food stored in the refrigerator, or in cooler weather, you do not have to set the temperature as cold as you would in warmer weather, or if there is a lot of food stored in the refrigerator. The default temperatures are typical default temperatures for most refrigerators, and they are considered safe for food preservation. However, it's important to regularly check the temperature using a refrigerator thermometer to ensure it remains within the recommended range of 32°F to 40°F (0°C to 4°C) to maintain food safety and quality, so it is at your discretion as to whether to leave the refrigerator at its default settings or adjust depending on the above mentioned factors...^Ivan.
