These leveling legs are adjusted to ensure the unit is stable and properly tilted backward once installed, which lifts the front wheels slightly off the floor to prevent the unit from rolling. To easily pull the refrigerator out for periodic cleaning of the floor or the rear/mechanical compartment, the correct process is to: Unplug the power cord for safety before beginning any cleaning. Raise the front leveling legs by turning them counterclockwise until the weight of the refrigerator rests entirely on the rollers. This will allow the refrigerator to roll forward. Carefully pull the refrigerator straight out. It is important to avoid wiggling or walking the unit to protect your flooring.
