Hello, Aleng. In 2024 we had a review sweepstakes running. For any review submitted, the customer could opt-in to enter to win a $500 gift card, drawn every six weeks. As a result, many of the reviews were considered incentivized (motivated to write a review). However, we want to assure you that all reviews reflect honest and unbiased consumer feedback.
