Hi there, great question! The LG LF31S6360S does include dual ice makers—one in the refrigerator and one in the freezer—for cubed and crushed ice. However, this model does not support LG’s Craft Ice™ feature (slow-melting round ice balls), and currently, there’s no available upgrade kit or add-on accessory to enable Craft Ice functionality on this unit.
