This issue is often related to the water lines or the filter. We recommend first flushing the water tank by dispensing and discarding 2.5 to 3 gallons of water to properly flush the lines.     • Answer Yes, you can use either one of the ice trays both at the same time or neither at all. The only way to make this function work is to download the app and connect your refrigerator to your home Wi-Fi.
