We returned it, bought another one and it seems to work fine. Maybe it was a bad player. See my other question and answer for more details if interested. Thanks.

Yes we did all that and it still wouldn't work. We had to return it. Just not sure if it's worth getting a new one to see if it was a bad player so we might try that next.

make sure to run all updates and double check how it is hooked up. Ours works fine
