“Response to LG- doesn't play in 4K/UHD/Dolby Vision on LG TVs... That's the number I've been calling for the Engineering Department who can't figure out the issue. Last I spoke with them they said to return it.”

We returned it, bought another one and it seems to work fine. Maybe it was a bad player. See my other question and answer for more details if interested. Thanks.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes we did all that and it still wouldn't work. We had to return it. Just not sure if it's worth getting a new one to see if it was a bad player so we might try that next.
