“My tv isn't a smart TV will I be able to pick up WiFi with this Blu Ray with my wifi box being in another room? And if so what exact cords do I need to hook this up to my non smart TV?”

The BP175 does not have WiFi capability. It must be connected via Ethernet. ^CP
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There is some confusion as to whether the unit has WiFi or an Ethernet port (or both). Hope this helps: 1. Use whichever connection you have. If you need WiFi and the player doesn't have it, use a WiFi repeater to provide it. The WiFi/Ethernet is for streaming from the provided services (Amazon, Pandora, etc). to your eventual viewer (usually a TV). 2. The player is adding limited "smart" capability to your "dumb" TV, so don't worry about it. 3. Use the HDMI connection between the player and TV for watching. If your TV is so dumb that it doesn't have an HDMI port, you will need an adapter.
