We regret to read that your Blu-ray Disc™ Player with Streaming Services, Model # BP175 keeps buffering even though you are using an Ethernet connection and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Repeated buffering may result from a technical problem with the content provider or your internet service provider (ISP), but it can also occur when too many devices are using an internet connection at the same time. However, in most cases, it's a function of your internet speed. Unfortunately, this is something that will require some troubleshooting.
