• Hi, According to the manual, it will. For Blu-rays, you must manually change the setting. It's set on B1 so if you want to play B2, you must change it. The manual show you how on page 19 of your owners manual https://gscs-b2c.lge.com/downloadFile?fileId=rkBKrlLz84poJgTm4jnOA. ^Vanessa

• Hi Best Buy does not advertise it as region free. What they sell is bit region free. It is locked to region A and region 1. If you see it in the search engine as region free you may find some after market companies that upgraded it to region fee. Many sellers done understand the difference and just say it’s region free. Best to ask before you buy.
