I have been having the same problem. I bought 2 of them. 1 connected to the living room tv and the other the bedroom tv and both are doing this. Freezing up when I turn it on. So frustrating!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This happened to me too. It might be your receiver is locking on to a different HDMI input. Sometimes "smart" receivers go to the wrong HDMI input. Try to make sure the correct HDMI input is selected.
