  • Questiondoes it play blu ray 3d discs

    Asked by dok7777.

    • Answer NO! I just bought this because someone on Q&A said it did. I hooked it up to my 3D TV, popped a 3D disc into it, and got a message that I have to have a 3D player to play my 3D disc. This absolutely DOES NOT play blu ray 3D discs.

  • QuestionI put a blu ray movie disc in and it just shows the disc spinning no movie comes on

    Asked by Anonymous.

    • Answer Take it back and go with the Sony UDP-1700 wired or the UDP-3700 for the wireless. I had nothing but troubles with the LG player. I bought it during a black Friday sale, it was an open box item and ultimately paid $40 plus tax for it, but Best Buy wanted me to pay them an extra $40 to do an EVEN exchange for the same product. How is that right at all. If I purchase a product at one price point and return it due to it not working properly well within the companies return policy I don't expect to pay an extra cent for that product, it should be swapped out no questions asked.

  • QuestionDoes this player have subtitle capabilities while streaming Netflix?

    Asked by elainebo.

    • Answer Yes, Netflix always has ability for subtitles, doesn’t matter what device you use. When you select your show, you should get to the screen that has the choices about choosing episodes , audio and subtitles or adding to your list, etc. click on audio and subtitles and you can choose the language you wish the subtitles to appear in or turn it off if you don’t want it on anymore. If it goes right into your show hit the pause button and at the top left corner It’s an icon you can click on to add your subtitles.
