QuestionWhy is my dishwasher not completing cycles? For the last two days water is left in the bottom and the dishwasher is just cutting off without finishing. I've tried the smart diagnosis and can't get a connection. It's not even been installed a month!

QuestionThe specs show the dishwasher uses filtered water. Is that a replaceable filter? Easily Accessed?

- Answer The filters are not replaceable. To maintain performance and prevent trouble, it is important to check the outside and inside of the dishwasher, including filters and spray arms, at regular intervals. QuestionI purchased the LG LSDT9908SS - I've had it for six months now. I've pushed every button and run it multiple ways. It does not dry my dishes even with the overnight feature. Should I have it looked at by a professional?
