• The center burner is the Ultra Heat dual burner/Super Boil Burner and that has two sets of outputs of flames. The outside ring like most typical burner and inside ring. A circle of flames within a circle of flames. So you have more heat (more BTUs) in that dual burner. Average BTUs for a burner is about 5,000-7,000 BTUs the Ultra Heat is 19,000 BTUs. So it will bring water to a boil faster than usual. In the photo you will see the difference between the center Ultra Heat Dual burner and the rest. You will notice the two rings vs. the other four that are regular burners.
