The LG STUDIO 30" Built-In Smart Wi-Fi Enabled Double Electric Convection Wall Oven - Stainless Steel, Model # LSWD307ST has a water tank that is used during the steam cooking functions. After using the steam function, the water tank should be drained. To avoid bacteria or odors, you need to clean and dry the water tank after every use. The Steam Functions are Steam Bake or Steam Roast. You can touch the Steam Level repeatedly until your desired steam level appears in the display. Once Steam function is started, an indicator on the display shows the status of the steam function. Make sure the water tank is filled with water before starting the Steam Bake or Steam Roast function. If the water in the tank runs out during cooking, a chime sounds and Fill the water shows in the display. The oven continues to cook without steam. What is listed as Self-Steam Cleaning for the Oven Cleaning Method in the specifications for the wall oven is referring to is the EasyClean® feature that takes advantage of LG's EasyClean® enamel technology to help lift soils without harsh chemicals, and it runs using ONLY WATER for just 10 minutes in low temperatures to help loosen LIGHT soils before hand-cleaning. EasyClean® is a quick and effective for small and LIGHT soils, and the Self Clean feature can be used to remove HEAVY, built up soils. The EasyClean® also uses the water tank. During the EasyClean® cycle, the oven becomes hot enough to cause burns. After the cycle ends, you can open the oven door and wait a minute to let the steam run out before wiping the inside surface of the oven. Failure to do so may result in burns...^IFV
