“How do you clean the stainless steel? The stainless steel cleaner that I have used for 14 years does not work on this particular cooktop. It works perfectly on my GE appliances but there’s something different with the LG stainless steel. Help!”

You may want to try a different stainless steel cleaner or polish. Page 13 of your owner's manual recommends cleaning it with warm, soapy water or a stainless steel cleaner or polish, and to follow the directions on the cleaner. Always wipe in the direction of the grain.
