Hey there, Barbara. Our LG - STUDIO 5.0 Cu. Ft. HE Smart Front Load Washer and Dryer has a 2 depth measurements. The depth with the door closed is 32.75 inches and the depth with the door open is 55 inches. Hope this clarifies any confusion! Here from LG. ^Anthony
