You just have to link the left side burners and make sure that you use a griddle that contains ferrous metal so the induction works on it. I use a ceramic coated cast iron baking dish to make pancakes with the same set up.

So when with a premium Staub cast iron griddle preheated across both rear burners for 10 minutes, the heat doesn’t spread enough to evenly heat the whole griddle. The solution is to only cook over the circular induction heating elements, by making two large pancakes at a time. That’s what I do, but an actual bridge feature would have been better. I think you need to go with other brands for that.
