“Does the oven have a bottom heating element?”

• We bought two months ago this LG while oven and we have a hard time getting any thing baked on the bottom. Please tell me what am I doing wrong it doesn’t matter what kind of pen sheet I have and I put my food is still uncooked on the bottom

• The baking element is on the back wall. The bottom is smooth and easier to clean.
