Prepare a Cleaning Solution: Mix equal parts of water and white vinegar (2 ounces each) in a spray bottle and shake well. 2. Clean the Area: Spray the solution onto the scratched spots and wipe with a clean cloth to remove dirt and debris. 3. Polish the Scratches: Find the natural lines on the stainless steel. Use a nylon abrasive pad to gently rub the scratches in the same direction as the lines. 4. Apply Stainless Steel Polish: Wipe the area with a dry cloth. Then, put a small amount of stainless steel polish (about the size of a nickel) on a clean, dry cloth and buff it into the surface. 5. Use Touch-Up Paint: If scratches are still visible, consider using touch-up paint that matches your stove's color (black, white, or titanium).   • QuestionWhen the oven is preheated at 350 why does the oven temperature gauge in the oven read 250. After 20 minutes the oven gauge reads 350. Why does the oven temperature drop to 325 while baking.

  • QuestionHi there, How do I get my gliding rack in? It already looks like the blue coating is missing where it was put it and removed. Is there a trick to this? I see nothing in the manual.

It sounds like the rack may not be properly aligned with the oven's gliding tracks, which can sometimes cause this issue. One potential troubleshooting step is to ensure that the rack is inserted at the correct angle and slid gently into place. You can also check the oven’s gliding tracks for any debris or buildup that could be obstructing the smooth movement of the rack. Based on the Owner's manual page 32: • Avoid cooking extremely greasy foods as grease spillover can occur. • The griddle can become hot when surrounding burners are in use. • Do not overheat the griddle. This can damage the non stick coating. • Do not use metal utensils that can damage the griddle surface. Do not use the griddle as a cutting board. • Do not place or store items on the griddle. Based on the Owner's manual page 54: Cleaning the Cooktop Surface: The EasyClean coating makes cleaning the cooktop easier. Even heavy grease stains can be removed using only warm water. Based on the Owner's manual page 57: • Do not use oven cleaners.
