  • QuestionWe purchased this fridge and the installer told us the beeping that occurs every 30 seconds will stop once the temp of the fridge gets to what it is set at (37 F). But 48 hours later it is still beeping. Anyone know how to stop the beeping.

    • Answer The LG SRFB27S3 French Door Refrigerator is designed to prevent malfunctioning caused by leaving the refrigerator door or freezer drawer open. It will emit a sound if a refrigerator door or freezer drawer is left open for more than 60 seconds, at 30-second intervals. The Control Panel has a Door Alarm button that can be used to deactivate the door alarm. Unfortunately, it is not possible to turn off the beeping sound when dispensing ice or water. ~Rita
