• Yes it has finger print reader in the back and it can be used anywhere in world its unlocked.

• The Stylo 4 does have a fingerprint scanner. This phone is listed as unlocked which means it can be used with many different US carriers. Please check with your preferred carrier regarding compatibility overseas. ^CP
