“What can I use for a voicemail App? There is none installed on this phone. I have activated with Verizon and they don't understand why there is none on the phone. When I get a voicemail I get a scrambled text of numbers, symbols and letters.”

Thank you for your answer. However Verizon said they do not understand why there is NO APP for it. None came on the phone. So, there is no Verizon Voicemail APP available on Google Play or on Verizon's website.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You should be able to get an app from Verizon themselves. Search Google Play for Verizon Visual Voicemail. I use my phone on Cricket (part of AT&T).
