Are you sure you don't have another Bluetooth device around that it's trying to pair too? I use to have that problem
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This doesn't happen to us. You may want to take that back..
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. That might be an issue with your device itself and not the headset. I had the same issue with an aftermarket CD player in my car when I linked my tablet to it to listen to music. Had no bluetooth issues with anything else that I linked the tablet to. Try connecting the headset to a different device and see if you have the same issue.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Have you tried to replicate this problem with another phone? I'd pair it with a known good phone and see if the problem still persists, if it does, then it may be the headphones. Otherwise it may be your phone if the different phone is able to keep the connection while playing music.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My best guess, unit is defective or phone may be old and losing its own ability. Go to a Best Buy store and get one of them to test your unit against a different phone, or at home, if you can borrow a different phone than what you have. A different brand of phone may work better than what you have.
