• The battery life is actually the only good thing about this product. Just make sure you have a full charge and other should go for days in standby and last almost all day in talk mode.

• Mine lasted all day and then some. I work 5 hours a day and they worked until I got home. I usually only have to charge it every other day IF that.

• Hmmm.... really? I use mine almost all day everyday and my battery lasts the whole duration. Maybe swap it for a new one. Possibly something faulty with the battery in the one that you have.
