• Best Buy doesn’t offer the warranty on these or I would have purchased it. These probably come with a manufacturer warranty which might be mentioned in the details for these. I LOVE these though!

• I believe there is a manufacturer's warranty on parts for a year. I have had LG earbuds of this type for around 4 years and I have had fairly good luck with them. I had a pair (not this specific one) that just lasted four years. Hope that helps
