The LG Tone Infinim Headset, Model # HBS-900 uses Bluetooth® Version 3.0 and the supported Bluetooth Profiles on it are A2DP, AVRCP, HFP, HSP. Even if your phones are Bluetooth Version 4.0 and they support any of the listed profiles they will work since Bluetooth technology is backward compatible. If you're having problems pairing the headset to your phones, you may want to try resetting your phones or turning them off then back on again and try pairing them again or contact the phone's manufacturers for assistance...IFV

After turing the headset on, do a search for them.

If it is already paired you have to turn that devices Bluetooth off or it will automatically connect to that device. After you turn off the Bluetooth you should find the LG bh900 on your Bluetooth settings for either device

If it's not connecting but is showing up as a discoverable device under the Bluetooth menus id recomend to "forget device" then re connect and see if that works. If not then I would exchange for another pair

Try having your phone in pairing mode, then on the infinim's press and hold the call/end call button while turning the infinim's on.
